Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in scientific discipline or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in biotech/pharma CRO or clinical research.
• Experience with multi-phase clinical programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects from setup to final report.
• Coordinate clinical team members and external vendors.
• Lead study start-up, CRO selection, and budget management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across sites.
• Develop reporting tools for leadership.
• Travel up to 20%.
