Eli Lilly and Company is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Development Trial Lead (CDTL) to independently lead cross‑functional study teams in advancing complex clinical trials. You will be accountable regionally and globally for delivering milestones with quality, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field preferred.
• 5 years clinical research experience or relevant scientific/health-related experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional study teams and manage complex trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver complex clinical trials on time and within budget.
• Develop and track enrollment plans across geographies and therapeutic areas.
• Identify and mitigate trial risks, perform contingency planning.
• Manage budgets, understand grants and non-grants, and coordinate with CROs and TPOs.
• Coach peers and CDTLs on CT process, regulations, and regional specifics.
