Lilly is seeking a Clinical Development Trial Lead Associate to guide cross-functional teams in the development and execution of clinical trials, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery regionally and globally.

The role requires a science-based degree and 3+ years in clinical research, with strong regulatory knowledge and leadership capabilities to navigate complex, cross-cultural environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or health-related field (preferred).
• 3 years of clinical research experience or relevant clinical trial experience; advanced degree acceptable.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization or visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional study teams to deliver clinical trials on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate local, regional, and global trial activities, including ISST/AST/Investigator engagements.
• Manage trial communication and risk mitigation across functions and geographies.
