Job summary

PSCFL in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator (SCRC) to independently manage complex research studies. The role focuses on protocol adherence, GCP/IRB compliance, patient enrollment, data management, and regulatory documentation.

The SCRC will train junior staff, support investigator meetings, and ensure timely data entry into CTMS while maintaining high-quality study conduct across all phases of the trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3.5 years of research experience (OR) Associate's degree and 6 years of research experience (OR) 7 years of research experience.
• Experience with interventional/PI Initiated/IND and/or device clinical trials.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Excellent communication, organization, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with business development efforts.
• Recruitment, screening, consent support, and enrollment.
• Collects and maintains accurate patient data for submission to Sponsor and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate specimen collection and shipments as required by protocol.
• Communicate study objectives to hospital units and establish rapport with Principal Investigator.
