Job summary

Actalent in Waltham, MA is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to support clinical trials through coordination, logistics, tracking and administrative tasks in a hybrid in-office setting.

You will work with the Clinical Trial Manager and cross-functional partners to manage study documents, budgets, and CDS/CDAs, and contribute to special projects within clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate degree with science or healthcare experience.
• 1-4 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech, or CRO setting.
• Prior experience in Pharma/BioTech/CRO is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and tracking tasks for clinical trials alongside the CTM.
• Track study budgets, including invoice/PO management and accruals with CTM and Finance.
• Monitor study status, enrollment, regulatory documentation, and site start-up for projects.
