Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Sr Clinical Systems Validation Specialist to support development, testing, and education for clinical information systems. You will act as a technical resource on projects and consult clinical staff on system-related issues.

The role emphasizes test planning, HL7 interfaces, EMR integration, and ensuring system compliance with specifications in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years as a QA Analyst or Product Support Analyst in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with test planning, design and metrics, product development cycle, testing process, and formal testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Tests and evaluates new versions of the Clinical Information Systems before beta-site implementation.
• Interpret user problems and propose system changes to improve functionality and performance.
• Execute functional, application, regression, and performance tests for new releases.
