Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Clinical Data Integration Specialist to support migration, workflow optimization, and deployment of software solutions across hospital sites during mergers and upgrades.

You will validate clinical data, collaborate with hospital partners, and help translate clinical needs to technical teams, with potential travel up to 50% for on-site support and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, Medical Physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years direct clinical experience in Radiation Oncology (RTT, CMD, or Medical Physicist).
• Deep familiarity with Varian ARIA/Eclipse and standard workflows.
• Experience with clinical data migration or system implementation preferred.
• ARRT(C)/CMD/Board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in extraction, mapping, and migration of clinical data between Varian ARIA/Eclipse and other OIS.
• Analyze workflows, identify efficiency improvements, and support implementation with hospital partners.
• Test and validate custom tools and integrations; provide clinical insight during testing.
• Support deployment at hospital sites, including on-site and remote training and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of migration/validation and contribute to SOPs and reports.
• Translate between clinical and technical teams to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Travel up to 50% for on-site support and implementation.
