Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree with 10+ years of experience in science, clinical research or IT.
• MS/MBA/JD with 8+ years experience in clinical systems or IT leadership.
• PhD with 5+ years in relevant field; strong leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation, implementation, and adoption of clinical systems.
• Manage team performance: 1:1s, reviews, and risk/escalation handling.
• Ensure inspections readiness, CAPA follow-up, and SDLC compliance.
• Partner with GCD, IT, and vendors to deliver high-impact solutions.
