Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with clinical systems implementation, healthcare IT project management, or clinical informatics and experience with healthcare information systems, including EHRs, CDS, and interoperability standards.
• Minimum of 4 years of health industry management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, implementation, testing, and integration of clinical information systems.
• Oversee data integration and interoperability with other healthcare systems, workflow optimization, and change management; establish KPIs to measure performance.
• Act as primary point of contact for client stakeholders; lead and mentor a team of analysts and consultants.
• Stay current on clinical system advancements, healthcare IT trends, and regulatory changes; contribute to thought leadership.
• Travel up to 80% depending on client needs.
