Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies in East Hanover, NJ is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Management to lead the US Medical Affairs CSM team. You will develop drug supply strategy and tactical approaches for Sponsored, IITs, Managed Access and Research Collaboration trials, ensuring end-to-end oversight and accountability for deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and Annex 13 required.
• Knowledge of drug development process required.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end supply strategy from forecast to site delivery.
• Participates in selecting supply models while ensuring regulatory coverage.
• Manages IMP supply and bulk inventory for clinical trials.
• Advocates early supply and financial forecasting to support planning.
• Leads cross-functional execution of supply plans and risk mitigation.
• Drives cost assessments and ensures cost controls with contracts.
