Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Specialist - Clinical Supply Chain Operations in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid). This 6-month contract role oversees end-to-end clinical supply activities across multiple trials, including packaging, labeling, distribution, inventory management, and supply execution.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or supply chain, 3+ years of clinical supply chain experience, strong knowledge of GxP, and hands-on IRT systems experience, enabling effective

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Supply Chain Management.
• 3+ years of clinical supply chain experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end clinical supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with IRT systems and CMOs.
• Knowledge of GxP regulations and compliance.
• Strong Excel, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Mansioni

• Manage clinical supply operations, including packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate site readiness, patient supply, and resupply activities.
• Work closely with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and CMOs.
• Support IRT systems and clinical supply tracking.
• Monitor inventory, identify supply risks, and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure GxP compliance and maintain inspection-ready documentation.
• Support temperature excursion investigations and supply deviation management.
