Job summary

The Jewish Board seeks a Senior Clinical Supervisor, LCSW to lead clinical supervision and professional development of licensed clinicians in our NYC clinic. You will guide implementation of evidence-based services, coach residents, and ensure timely access to care across the program.

You will supervise and develop staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and contribute to quality improvement while advancing innovative models of care for diverse communities we serve.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work and New York State licensure (LCSW) plus 5+ years of clinic supervision experience.
• Solid clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Experience with DBT, CBT, CPP or related models preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of licensed staff, ensuring timely access to quality clinical services.
• Lead implementation of evidence-based treatment models in partnership with training departments.
• Supervise Social Work Residents and non-resident clinicians; manage caseload expectations.
• Oversee program operations to maintain regulatory compliance and fiscal health.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and chart reviews for QA.
