Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• New York State clinical licensure (LCSW) or LMHC-DP.
• Solid clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies preferred (DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, EMDR).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supervision and professional development of licensed staff.
