Job summary

The Jewish Board seeks a Clinical Supervisor, LCSW to lead supervision and professional development for licensed clinicians in a Brooklyn clinic. You will implement evidence-based services, ensure access to timely care, and supervise crisis interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling required
• New York State licensure (LCSW) or LMHC-DP required
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and professional development for licensed staff
• Oversee implementation of evidence-based or innovative clinical services
• Ensure timely access to quality clinical services and crisis coverage
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews
• Monitor and support clinicians with large caseloads (up to 350 clients)
• Participate in hiring, orientation, and staff development
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and funding requirements
• Coordinate with training department and external agencies
