Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Maryland RN license required.
• 3 years RN experience in related specialty.
• BLS certification required.
• Specialty certifications must be obtained within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical supervision and guidance to unit staff.
• Coordinate patient care across the continuum for assigned areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource and partner with other disciplines.
• Lead staff development activities, orientation, and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and performance improvement initiatives.
