A leading biotechnology firm is seeking a mid-senior level Account Executive to manage clinical trial processes in Cambridge, MA. Candidates should have over 3 years of Clinical Operations experience, a strong grasp of Good Clinical Practices, and excellent communication skills. This role involves onsite collaboration three times a week, supporting study documentation and monitoring the trial activities. Benefits include 401(k) and medical insurance. Qualifications

• 3+ years in the industry, preferably in Clinical Operations with global clinical trials experience.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and clinical development phases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day clinical trial activities with the Clinical Study Manager.
• Prepare essential study documents and track trial documentation.
• Monitor patient status and oversee sample collection and testing.
• Liaise with CROs and ensure accurate sample handling and reporting.
• Evaluate site performance through monitoring trip reports.
