Established Search is partnered with a Structural Heart start-up in growth mode seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to drive clinical support and training for an innovative Mitral device.

The role's main objective will be leading technical and clinical support for Mitral procedures, focusing on physician training, case preparation, and procedure optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage case preparation and physician proctoring for mitral procedures and imaging
• Coordinate with R&D and Clinical Operations teams for patient-specific planning
• Conduct post-procedure reviews and patient follow-up monitoring
• Support clinical trial optimization and site engagement
• Assist in patient candidate evaluation and selection

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years medical device industry experience
• Expertise in transcatheter mitral procedures or LAAC
• RDCS certification preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively
