Job summary

University Settlement Society Of New York is seeking a full-time clinician to deliver trauma-informed, home- and community-based services to youth and families in the Lower East Side and Brooklyn. You’ll conduct assessments, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with partners within the Families Thriving program.

Requirements include an MSW (LMSW/LMHC/LMFT eligible), at least two years of diverse clinical experience, bilingual skills, and willingness to travel to families’ homes as needed.

Qualifications

• MSW required or equivalently trained social worker.
• LMSW/LMHC/LMFT eligible candidates considered.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with diverse youth/family populations.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (English/Spanish or English/Cantonese or English/Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly, individualized and/or group services to youth and/or families in home/community.
• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments of youth and family needs.
• Deliver a range of clinical supports and coordinate with partners.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and coordinate with providers.
• Maintain case management records and required documentation.
