Job summary

Premier Research Group is seeking a Senior Site Identification Analyst (Contractor) to join our Clinical Monitoring, Site Management and SSU team in a 1099 full time contract.

The role focuses on building relationships, managing site identification activities, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely study execution. Strong data management and CTMS/EDC knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent preferably in the Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years of data management, clinical operations, or start-up experience in Pharma/Biotech/Med Device.
• 4+ years experience in clinical trials support, site partnership management, site identification/selection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of Clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS.

Responsibilities

• Proactively builds and maintains internal and external relationships to support gathering of business intelligence for financial and operational activities.
• Oversees site outreach for post award Site ID activities, paid feasibility activities and pre-award blinded site outreach activities.
• Progresses and tracks CTMS site identification activities according to study timelines and coordinates with internal/external customers/vendors to meet goals.
• Oversees distribution, tracking and review of SRQs for completeness, site capability and availability.
