Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Senior Site Identification Analyst (Contractor) to support site identification and related activities across biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma projects. This remote United States position requires strong data management and CTMS/EDC proficiency.

You will build relationships, oversee predefined outreach activities, and ensure site data quality and timely delivery in alignment with study timelines. This is a 1099 full-time contract role with Premier Research.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in sciences or related field from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of data management, clinical operations, or startup experience in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• 4+ years in clinical trials support, site partnership management, site identification/selection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMS.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships to support business intelligence gathering for financial and operational activities.
• Oversees site outreach for post-award Site ID, feasibility, and pre-award activities.
• Tracks site identification in CTMS according to study timelines and coordinates with internal/external teams.
• Oversees distribution, tracking and review of SRQs for site capability and availability.
• Updates Investigator Database with new sites and investigators and checks for duplicates.
• Uses historic metrics and data to identify potential sites and tiers sites for contact.
• Contributes to business development by reviewing proposals/budgets and attending client meetings.
