Job summary

Based at the Cianchette Professional Building with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will collaborate with Quality Management and act as on-call Manager on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• RN with active nursing license.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for agency patients and mentor a multidisciplinary field team.
• Ensure workforce productivity, quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinical standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Management to orient and educate clinical staff on care and documentation.
