Andwell Health Partners seeks an RN Clinical Manager of Hospice Services in Lewiston, ME. This full-time, office-based role includes supervising clinical staff, coordinating multi-disciplinary care, and ensuring quality patient outcomes in home hospice settings.

The ideal candidate has Maine RN licensure with 3–5 years in hospice or palliative care, strong leadership, and thorough knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare guidelines. BLS/CPR required; CHPN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Maine with clinical hospice experience.
• 3–5 years in hospice, palliative care or related field.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage clinical staff, ensuring optimal care delivery.
• Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with hospice regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with medical director and interdisciplinary team to develop care plans.
• Conduct regular clinical assessments and audits.
• Provide education and training to clinical staff on hospice care.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling for appropriate coverage.
• Oversee documentation of patient care in regulatory compliant records.
• Contribute to policy development and promote the hospice philosophy.
