Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or MD preferred; Master’s with strong oncology experience considered.
• 8–12+ years in oncology clinical development (biotech/biopharma).
• Hands-on experience with protocols, data review, CSRs, and cross-functional study teams.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and global regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation, and reporting of early‑phase oncology studies.
• Lead or contribute to clinical document development (protocols, IBs, CSRs, ICFs).
• Participate in data review, safety monitoring, and interim/final analyses.
• Ensure scientific consistency across study materials and communications.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostats, Regulatory, and Translational teams.
• Support regulatory submissions, KOL engagement, and investigator interactions.
• Summarize emerging safety/efficacy data and support abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
