Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Specialist. You will integrate Iterative Health’s services and AI-powered solutions into customer sites, assess workflows, and promote best practices to accelerate trial execution and data quality.

You will travel to customer sites and train site personnel, serving as a subject matter expert on clinical research operations and regulatory requirements while collaborating across Product, Clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
• Experience supporting Phase II–IV pharmaceutical trials with regulatory docs.
• Experience coordinating patient screening, enrollment, visits, and ongoing participation.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customer sites and drive adoption of services and solutions.
• Assess site operations and implement best practices to improve trial execution.
• Travel to customer sites ~30% to support activation and execution.
• Provide on-site support during critical study activities as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into improvements.
