Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FDA/NIH guidelines and GCP.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Experience coordinating multi-site clinical studies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with IRB submissions and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative aspects of multiple clinical research projects from inception to completion.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines; manage study coordinators.
• Develop protocols with investigators; organize meetings; ensure protocol adherence.
• Manage financial transactions and payments; oversee procurement of equipment.
• Regulatory duties: IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and reporting.
• Support recruitment strategies and data management; monitor study progress.
• Provide HR functions: hiring, onboarding, education for coordinators.
