Qualifications

• Medical degree and board eligibility or certification required.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Experience in designing and conducting early phase clinical trials (Phase 1/2).
• Fluent English, strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of overall clinical strategy and plan for early compounds.
• Design and oversee clinical pharmacology studies (SA, bioavailability, DDI, biomarker plans).
• Coordinate protocol development, risk assessment, and regulatory submission support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to advance program goals.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Monitor safety and oversee pharmacovigilance actions as needed.
• Support publication and dissemination of clinical trial results.
