Job summary

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Manager to lead the clinical research program within the Office of Clinical & Community Trials.

You will supervise staff, manage grants, contracts, and regulatory processes, and partner across departments to advance pediatric research. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of FDA/GCP guidelines, and ability to coordinate pre/post-award activities with RBO and OCCT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years research experience required.
• Master’s degree and/or relevant research certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, strategic management, and administration for clinical and translational research.
• Supervises research staff and coordinates between investigators, SMCRI, and external funding sources.
• Prepares and submits regulatory documents to government/sponsors; leads audits with regulators.
