Job summary

Joint and Muscle Medical Care is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to independently manage all aspects of assigned clinical trials, ensuring protocol compliance and high-quality data while providing exceptional participant care.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, mastery of study operations, and the ability to liaise between investigators, sponsors/CROs, and participants, with focus on study startup, ongoing coordination, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field or equivalent clinical experience.
• 2–5+ years of hands‑on CRC experience managing trials independently.
• Proficiency with EDC platforms (Rave, Inform, REDCap), CTMS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform vitals, ECGs, sample processing, and basic clinical procedures.
• Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, FDA regulations, and IRB processes.
• Skilled in participant interaction, sponsor communication, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day conduct of multiple trials per protocol and SOPs.
• Screen, consent, schedule participants; collect vitals, labs, assessments.
• Lead the informed consent process with documentation compliance.
• Create and maintain audit‑ready source documents; reconcile with EDC.
• Enter and clean data; resolve queries; timely data deliverables.
• Maintain regulatory documents, delegation logs, training records, IRB submissions.
• Process, label, ship, track biological samples per sponsor requirements.
• Identify and report adverse events; assess causality and severity.
• Lead monitoring visits; coordinate sponsor communications.
• Participate in site startup and closeout activities; meet deadlines.
• Mentor junior staff; contribute to SOP updates and process improvements.
