Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to independently coordinate daily study activities and ensure compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.

You will manage complex industry-sponsored trials, lead recruitment efforts, and collaborate with sponsors, CROs, investigators, and internal teams to drive enrollment success and high-quality data collection.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related discipline required.
• 3-5 years of clinical research or healthcare experience required.
• Experience in gastroenterology, hepatology, or cardiology areas preferred.
• CCRC® or CCRP® certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and manage industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout with minimal supervision.
• Lead patient recruitment and retention efforts including chart review, patient outreach, and enrollment tracking.
• Conduct protocol-required patient visits and assessments per GCP and site SOPs.
• Maintain accurate, complete study documentation including source records and CRFs.
• Prepare for and support sponsor, CRO, and regulatory monitoring visits and inspections.
