You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain GCP/IRB compliance while supporting subject recruitment and data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of research experience or equivalent.
• Certifications in clinical research (CCRC/CCRP/CRA) are preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Experience with pediatric clinical research in hospital settings.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day activities of a research study.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP and IRB requirements.
• Recruit, screen, consent, and enroll subjects.
• Manage data entry, reporting and study records.
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate training.
