Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III to join a hybrid team in the Los Angeles area, with 4 days on-site per week. The role entails screening patients for protocol eligibility, presenting trial concepts, and participating in informed consent, while supervising research staff and coordinating study activity for timely enrollment.

The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance with FDA and IRB requirements, maintain accurate CRFs and source documents, and train new staff

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of clinical research-related experience.
• Familiarity with protocol eligibility screening and informed consent processes.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening of potential patients for protocol eligibility and participate in informed consent.
• Schedule and coordinate patient visits and procedures.
• Document data on Case Report Forms (CRFs) and ensure accurate source documents.
• Maintain timely data collection, entry and reporting; respond to sponsor queries.
• Monitor and audit study activities; report concerns about data quality and conduct.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Sociology, or a related field
