Job summary

Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills is seeking a Research Nurse Coordinator III to oversee clinical study coordination, participant enrollment, data integrity and regulatory compliance within a hybrid setting.

The role requires onsite four days per week in the Los Angeles area, a California RN license, and at least five years in clinical nursing and five years in clinical research, plus BLS and SOCRA/ACRP within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Health Science required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience.
• California RN license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• SOCRA or ACPR certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical study activities and ensure protocol adherence.
• Serve as liaison among participants, PI and study staff.
• Educate participants and families about participation and conditions.
• Document adverse events; report to PI and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and manage study data spreadsheets for investigators.
• Mentor and train research staff on study requirements.
• Coordinate participant tests and procedures as required.
• Oversee the research portfolio and clinical coordination.
• May assist with grant proposals, publications, or presentations.
• Manage, ship, or track research specimens as needed.
