Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.
• Three years of clinical research coordination or related experience.
• Knowledge of FDA/IRB requirements and study governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads coordination of logistics for assigned research studies ensuring protocol compliance and patient safety.
• Schedules patient visits, procedures, labs, and manages consent forms and case report forms.
• Screens and recruits potential patients and supports informed consent process.
• Collects, documents, and reports data; resolves sponsor/regulatory queries.
• Coordinates audits and implements corrective actions.
• Compiles study information and presents at staff meetings.
• Submits adverse events and protocol deviations per guidelines.
• Identifies quality improvement opportunities and develops action plans.
• Plans strategies to increase participant enrollment and research efficiency.
• Supports grant proposals, publications, and special projects.
