Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a clinical research professional to oversee day-to-day activities of a clinical trial under GCP. The role spans startup to closeout, including protocol coordination, screening, enrollment, consent, data management, and regulatory documentation.

You will train staff, ensure IRB submissions, manage subject logs and budgets, perform quality control, and design or manage electronic data capture systems.

Qualifications

• GCP-compliant clinical research experience required.
• SoCRA certification or equivalent; 6+ years’ experience with a Bachelor's or 1 year with a Master's.
• High school diploma or higher; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day activities of a clinical trial per GCP.
• Trains and supervises research staff on proper procedures.
• Prepares IRB documents and regulatory submissions to ensure protocol compliance.
• Maintains subject logs, tracks expenses, and submits monthly payments.
• Performs quality control to ensure data is collected and stored per GCP.
• Organizes and maintains patient data documentation.
