Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience and ability to work with clinical trial participants.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff per Jefferson values.
• Performs research, data entry, biospecimen collection and processing, and clerical tasks for clinical trials.
• Organizes and maintains documentation required for trials.
• Notifies PI or designated staff about patient responses or adverse events.
• Assists with regulatory filings including IRB submissions.
