Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant clinical research experience in an academic medical setting.
• Knowledge of clinical research regulations, human subjects protections, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical research conduct per ACRP/SOCRA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to learn and utilize new systems and research technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of assigned studies from recruitment to closeout.
• Ensure protocol compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Develop recruitment and retention strategies.
• Serve as liaison among investigators, sponsors, and staff.
• Coordinate meetings, sponsor visits, audits.
• Maintain data integrity in electronic systems.
• Prepare study documentation and regulatory binders.
• Mentor staff and contribute to SOPs and workflows.
