Job summary

The role requires education credentials and certifications (SoCRA/ACRP preferred) with potential travel and a focus on training staff and maintaining quality data.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with at least 5 years of clinical research coordination/related experience.
• Associate's degree/college Diploma/Certificate Program with at least 3 years of experience; Alternatively, Associate's in Clinical Research from an accredited institution without experience.
• Bachelor's with at least 1 year of experience; SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinates complex clinical research protocols (interventional/therapeutic greater than minimal risk) with minimal direction.
• Collaborates with research team to assess feasibility and management of protocols.
• Ensures protocol implementation after IRB approval and provides progress information.
• Screens, enrolls, and recruits research participants; monitors subject participation and schedules.
• Identifies and reports adverse events and protocol deviations; maintains data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provides education/training within the department; handles regulatory duties; travel may be required.
