Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator within the Anesthesia department at the Burnet Campus. This full-time role (40 hours/week, FTE 1) focuses on study conduct, regulatory compliance, recruitment, and data management for clinical trials.

Starting pay range is $56,784 to $63,960, with potential additional pay differentials and benefits. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1+ years of related experience or a Master’s

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1+ years of directly related experience OR Master’s degree in a related field.
Knowledge of statistical process control principles.

Responsibilities

Study Conduct/Clinical Research Practice: Maintain awareness of active studies, arrange facilities and supplies, ensure participation and protocol compliance, collect samples, label and process per SOPs, train staff, and keep records.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and maintain regulatory submissions, conduct audits, coordinate monitor visits, ensure protocol approvals, and maintain written and electronic records.
Recruitment/Enrollment/Retention: Identify eligible participants, track enrollment, conduct pre-consent screening, obtain informed consent per GCP, document recruitment activities, and address barriers to recruitment.
Communication: Manage study correspondence, liaise with internal/external stakeholders, and develop rapport with participants.
Data Management: Create CRFs, ensure accurate data capture, perform data cleaning, support data management activities, and prepare reports.
