Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for the Otolaryngology department at the Burnet Campus. The role supports a broad portfolio of studies, from hearing loss to gene therapy, across multiple trials in a fast-paced research environment.

We seek detail-oriented candidates eager to contribute; approximately 90 active studies exist, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in regulatory, data management, recruitment, and study operations.

Qualifications

• CRC II requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related work experience.
• CRC III requires a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of related experience, or a master's degree in a related field.
• CRC IV requires a bachelor's degree with 3 years of related experience or a master's with 2 years, and certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Study conduct and clinical research practice across complex, multi-center trials with PI guidance.
• Coordinate regulatory activities, audits, and submission maintenance; ensure compliance.
• Oversee recruitment, enrollment, and retention; monitor progress to align with study timelines; identify barriers and solve.
• Data management: create CRFs, data dictionaries, manage data quality, and generate reports from trial data.
