Inglewood Clinical Research in Irvine is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator with extensive trial experience to serve as the primary coordinator on Phase I–III studies in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Cardiometabolic. The candidate will lead start-up, execution, and documentation activities while ensuring GCP compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, conducting procedures per protocol, and maintaining data in CTMS and paper files.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-sponsored drug trials experience.
• Experience in Phase II/III trials and high enrollment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in CTMS and study documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Inglewood Clinical Research, a research site specializing in late phase CNS clinical trials, is seeking applicants for a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator with extensive clinical trial experience. The Senior CRC will work as a primary coordinator on Phase I-III clinical trials in Neurology, Psychiatry, and Cardiometabolic.

Candidates should have extensive experience with study start-up, trial execution, adverse event reporting, source creation and documentation, pharmacy and lab operations, as well as query resolutions. Candidates should also have clinical leadership capabilities to serve as an operations leader and train staff as needed.

Job Duties

• Coordinate the day-to-day clinical operations of clinical research studies
• Perform study procedures in accordance with GCP and study protocols
• Organize and maintain paper and electronic study data in a complete and correct manner
• Work closely with recruitment and prescreening teams to meet study enrollment goals
• Conduct diagnostic, efficacy, and safety assessments as needed
• Mentor and lead less experienced coordinators and/or research assistants
• Take ownership of team productivity (enrollment) and quality metrics
• Own study study start-up tasks, including vendor communication and qualification

Job Requirements

• Five (5) or more years of industry-sponsored drug trial experience
• Demonstrated ability to work on high-enrolling Phase II/III clinical trials
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately and quickly with CTMS
• A command of professional spoken and written English

Hours And Compensation

This is a full-time employment position based in-person at our clinic in the Alzheimer's Orange County building in Irvine.

The starting salary for this position is $85,000 per year. Higher salary is negotiable with candidates who have a valid nursing license (RN or LVN), skill in infusions, demonstrated knowledge of study start-up, and/or experience with training other coordinators.

The company pays for 100% of health/dental/vision individual insurance costs for eligible full-time employees. Vacation (PTO) is earned at a rate of 3 weeks per year.
