Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinically related experience, with 2 years in independent clinical research monitoring.
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring, onsite and offsite monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable policies.
• Demonstrate advanced communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites, providing contextual information on trials.
• Align site staff and principal investigators with trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Conduct site evaluation, training, monitoring, and closure activities with protocol adherence and quality standards.
• Develop site engagement strategies and report progress using site engagement tools.
• Guide and mentor junior CRAs and support onboarding of new staff.
• Participate in global/local task forces and assigned manager-led activities.
• Monitor site risk signals and implement preventative and corrective actions to ensure safety and compliance.
• Identify and evaluate potential investigators/sites to support planned studies.
