Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Sponsor Dedicated to join our global team. This role focuses on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring regulatory compliance and data integrity across trials.

The position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of ICH/GCP, and the ability to travel up to 75% domestically. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study success and protect participant safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and/or GPP and protocol compliance; communicates issues and develops action plans.
• Verifies informed consent processes and protects subject confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Conducts Source Document Review, verifies CRF data accuracy, applies query resolution remotely and on-site; supports IP inventory and labeling per protocol.
• Maintains ISF and TMF alignment; trains site staff and supports audit readiness and site training.
• Supports subject recruitment, retention and data tracking; manages site-level activities to meet timelines and budgets.
• May train junior staff and identify potential sites based on local knowledge.
