Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is looking for an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to perform site qualification and management activities, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). You'll be integral in site evaluations, documentation, and communication, playing a key role in clinical study success.

This role may involve up to 75% travel, and candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or RN qualification. We offer competitive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, site management activities and close-out visits ensuring compliance.
• Verify informed consent process and protect confidentiality of subjects.
• Conduct Source Document Review and verify clinical data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with electronic data capture requirements.
• Document activities through confirmation letters and reports.
• Manage site-level activities and ensure project objectives are met.
• Act as primary liaison with study site personnel.
• Prepare for and attend Investigator Meetings.
• Support audit readiness standards and preparation.
