Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to be regionally aligned across the US.

The CRA will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, on-site or remote, ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance while communicating findings to the project team. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and up-to-date computer proficiency, with up to 75% travel across US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits with regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent process and protects patient confidentiality; assesses safety and data integrity factors.
• Oversight of data review, query resolution, and ISF/TMF reconciliation; ensures site compliance with EDC requirements.
