Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) with regionally aligned responsibilities across the US. This role focuses on site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits while ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and study protocols.

You will collaborate with site staff to maintain data integrity and audit readiness. The position requires strong communication, regulatory knowledge, and ability to travel up to 75% within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in related field; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.
• Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory and protocol compliance.
• Verify informed consent processes and protect subject confidentiality and safety.
• Review ISF/ TMF, conduct data verification and query resolution to ensure data integrity.
• Manage IP inventory and ensure proper labeling, storage, and release per protocol.
• Prepare for Investigator Meetings and contribute to audit readiness and site training.
