Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to independently manage site management and monitoring activities across clinical trials. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a focus on data integrity.

You will train and mentor junior staff, coordinate with study teams and CROs, and ensure trials adhere to protocols and regulations while contributing to study start-up and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of clinical research experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with clinical data management systems.
• Willingness to travel 10–75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site management and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate project communications with sites and CROs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
• Lead data queries and contribute to data cleaning reports.
• Mentor junior team members and support SOP updates.
