Job summary

Alder is seeking a Senior Clinical Talent Partner to lead full-lifecycle clinician recruitment across the Northeast, specializing in aging life care managers with RN/OT/PT/LICSW credentials. You will partner with clinical leadership to build pipelines in New England and Greater New York while scaling across expanding markets.

The role demands 7+ years of recruitment experience, healthcare licensure knowledge, and expert sourcing.

Qualifications

7+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 2+ years focused on clinical/healthcare recruiting (RN, OT, PT, LICSW, or case management).
Licensure awareness of RN/OT/PT/LICSW and multi-state licensure nuances across Northeast states.
Geographic familiarity with MA/North East and New York talent markets.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare job boards, and professional associations for passive sourcing.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview, and close top-tier clinicians (OTs, PTs, RNs, LICSWs) in aging care and home/community-based settings.
Build and execute Northeast regional sourcing strategies; manage pipelines in expansion territories.
Collaborate with Director of Talent Acquisition and clinical leaders to align on hiring needs and interview loops.
Deliver a high-touch, transparent recruitment journey aligned with Alder’s care-first values.
Manage offer generation, negotiation, and closing in line with market benchmarks.
Maintain ATS data accuracy and report on pipeline health.
