CVS Health is seeking a Fellow Utilization Management reviewer for Aetna Medicaid to lead ABA-related reviews and support the clinical team. You will collaborate with medical directors and care teams to ensure accurate utilization decisions and policy alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in neurodevelopmental care, a PhD or PsyD in the field, and LA licensure with BCBA-D credentials. This full-time position offers robust benefits and growth within CVS Health.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience in neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder)
• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in neurodevelopment/child & adolescent psychology
• Direct ABA-related treatment experience (ABA, NDBI, EIBI)
• Primary state licensure in Louisiana (LA) and ability to obtain additional licenses
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) credential

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal utilization management reviewer for ABA-related cases
• Provide daily support to ABA pre-authorization clinical team and health plan medical directors
• Act as reviewer for psychological and neuropsychological testing cases
• Attend clinical meetings and contribute subject-matter expertise on ABA questions
• Contribute to development of medical management programs addressing neurodevelopmental disorders
• Recommend enhancements to managed care review guidelines and clinical criteria
• Support Medicaid-wide initiatives benefiting neurodevelopmental disorders
• Assist provider education initiatives on neurodiversity and fraud, waste, and abuse
