Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and deliver designated clinical study projects within scope, budget, and time constraints. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional services, manage study budgets, and drive projects to successful completion with rigorous quality and risk management.

Travel domestically and internationally is required in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience or 4+ years direct PM experience.
• Experience in managing complex and global trials.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact and escalation point to the client.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors to timelines and budget.
• Manage study budget and ensure scope, with out-of-scope activities identified early.
• Maintain collaboration with clinical operations and other study documentation.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure quality management and eTMF readiness across projects.
• Provide regular status updates and KPI reporting to clients and senior management.
• Lead internal and client meetings and set expectations for the team.
