BD in USA NJ – Franklin Lakes is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee studies of moderate to high complexity from protocol development through study conduct and closeout in compliance with GCP and local regulations.

The role involves developing protocols, managing trial master files, leading vendor oversight, training CRA teams, and coordinating budgets and timelines with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant study execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; life sciences or related area preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in clinical study management with pharma/Device/CRO.
• Formal project management process and tracking experience required.
• Vendor management experience required.
• Willingness to travel ~30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develops and authors clinical research protocols aligning with objectives, regulatory requirements, and science standards.
• Manages essential study documents, trial master file, approvals, final reporting and closeout for complex trials.
• Trains and manages CRA teams; oversees CROs and labs to ensure performance and compliance.
• Leads budget and timeline development; oversees site selection and training; ensures efficient study execution and status reporting.
• Collaborates with data management and biostatistics to design CRFs, support data cleaning, and contribute to analysis.
